Highland Cattle

Highland cattle (also known as Hairy Coo or Heilan Coo) are an ancient Scottish breed of beef cattle with long outward spreading horns and long wavy pelts.

Highland cattle eli ylämaan karja on kotoisin Skotlannista. Suomeen rotua on tuotu Skotlannista sekä muista Euroopan maista.

@lepis: Yläämaan karjaa oli "kesätöissä" Turun Ruissalossa.Putsailivat rantaniittyjä ja ruovikoita.
